The International Grand Tasting epitomizes our desire to bring you "an international experience of wine, food, spirits and the arts". Our name is Savor Dallas, but the International Grand Tasting presents the finest collection of top chefs from the best restaurants throughout North Texas, and guest stars from other locations. You'll have an opportunity to taste signature cuisine from over 60 restaurants and culinary artisans.
Dallas-Fort Worth is one of the nation's top wine markets. Savor Dallas showcases an incomparable selection of premium wines. It's also the only wine and food event in Dallas that makes a point of featuring selected top shelf spirits and hand-crafted beers and ale.
The wines, selected spirits and imported beers featured throughout the International Grand Tasting represent the finest selections from around the world. Participants are carefully chosen, by invitation only, to provide the best tasting experience for our guests. In all, over 400 premium varietals are represented. And, you'll savor the flavor that the winemaker intended, because we use only Riedel Crystal stemware at our events. Each guest receives a commemorative Savor Dallas Riedel tasting glass to take home. Thanks to our friends who have been adding to their collection of Savor Dallas glasses for the last five years!
The evening of upscale tasting and enjoyment is set in the beautiful, spacious surroundings of the world-class Lone Star Ballroom and foyer of the Sheraton Dallas Hotel in downtown Dallas, which has just undergone a $91 million renovation.
